between the bust for accent. On body is a black vinyl star with black vinyl tears under it. Back of top is just a band measuring
4 inches high has 2 rows of silver metal eyelets. Skirt flairs and has scattered silver metal eyelets on top band of skirt
in front. Zips up on side with black zipper. Great schoolgirl look! Size Small. 3/4. Measurements: Bust 26-30 inches will
